98 bayonet with two serials?

Hi, this arrived today by post..
You can see serial number 4526m, muber 26 repeated on grip and pommel as well as on flashguard. There is also a big letter E.. what does it mean?


On the other side there is a number 5195 which is also repeated in full length on the other side of the pommel:

Hello, i assume Your piece is a cof 40 piece, the 2 number set are assembly numbers, E is a help forging stamp. best regards,Andy
