WWII Daggers, Family bring backs.

Up for your viewing are two family bring backs, not to sure on exactly what I have here. The longer of the two is just a dagger, the short one is a bayonet.

Very nice pieces. The one marked anton wigen jr. is a fireman's dress bayonet, long model. It is relatively common and was not slotted to fit on a gun. Your engraved bayonet, if it is legitimate (the etching quality looks good to me, but I don't specialize in these oft-reproduced pieces) is a desirable infantry service-time remembrance piece.

Yes,

both look very nice. The etched piece seems ok to me and I like its details and sharpness. Others will most likely shed more light on that piece. As to the fire bayonet, you got a very nice long model that would look nice in any collection. Nice one.

They both look fine to me...the etching is a standard rememberance pattern and appears to be perfectly original. Condition on both is better than today's typical vet find.

Both look like nice originals. The fireman's bayonet is an early example & looks in very nice shape. Wingen is not often seen as a maker.
