Just got this today from my add, is this a common maker?
Pictures are dark, If needed I will take better pictures tomorrow, now is windy, raining and cold in sunny California.

It's not rare, uncommon may be a better description. The Seilhiemer logo with the dog with a sword is very rare. Nice looking original dagger.

Yep. It seems to be an early Seilheimer. Interesting crossguard.
