I'm not a blade guy, I know the police emblem is missing, otherwise, how does this look? What police unit is it? thanks

Bayonet itself looks fine with the exception of the grip eagle. Unit designation is odd looking & one I've never seen before. It looks like the original stampings were removed, maybe period. IMO I'd be inclined to say the new letters/numbers are more recently done. Maybe, maybe not, they just look "off" to me.
