A lovely document. The signature appears authentic and, from the image posted, also ink handwritten. Examination under magnification would confirm it.

Thanks for your comments Max. I do believe it is an original, hand-written, ink signature.

Below is a close-up scan which I believe shows the crossover lines, variance in ink thickness, etc.
