Opinions needed on bayonet

I agree totally. Nice parade bayo, but for $300 or more is a bit too much. I was able to buy a wonderful, minty Eickhorn parade, complete with a very difficult to find original Luft frog. They look great but would not qualify as rare..and I don't think the market for various maker specific pieces (in regards to parade 98s) is as strong as say SAs.

I don't actually recall the exact amount but I want to say right around $150-$175 and certainly not anymore than $175. It wasn't very long ago either...maybe in the last 8 months. Condition wise probably rates around Excellent+. So you shouldn't pay too much for these as they are around in excellent condition.

Also check..dare I say eBay??? I often see quality, period, parade bayos at decent prices. The fleabay still is ok for various items.

Nice bayonet like this should bring about 180 to 200 in this market but I do not know maybe more because of rare maker but i am not sure.

I happen to have one that's almost a duplicate of the one you show except the logo has the Voos name and Soligen to the right side of the logo. It is presently on Ebay if your interested.
