I am not sure if any of the things said about him are true but it stopped me from doing any business with him. Thanks to all these great forums for honest collectors!!

This Pawel contacted me about a year and a half ago. He sent me pictures of a large collection of both original and ground dug items, with a list of cheap prices. I asked if he could send me an original tinnie to prove he had original items, but he was insistent I send him $1500 for half the collection. I eventually talk to my friend online who was also nearly scammed by him, and then proceeded to tell Pawel to F*** Off.

Apparently he was kicked out of the United States for fraud several years ago, and is not allowed back in. Thank god

I received the same well known email today.
I registered only days ago at germandaggers.com so possibly he is stealing email addresses from there.. It cant be from WAF because im a member since 2002 and Nowak never mailed me before.

Anyway, my reply to him:

You're a scammer.

The name Pawel Nowak immediately rings alarm bells to anyone with the slightest interest in TR collection.

If you would be smart, you would change names and try again.

I responded to him several months back and his response was to delete my Craigslist ads seeking military items. Love how anyone can flag anything there for removal...crappy way to run a site IMO.

This is all sad. It truly is, especially for a guy like me who, even though never got scammed by him but the one who shares same country with a scumbag like him. Anyways - the point is I did a little research on Polish sites looking for a trace of this guy and guess what. Didn't find a thing. He is smart enough not to mess with ppl who might actually show up at his door step.
I have found loads of international collectors sites both complaining and warning everybody about this Pawel guy with a few extra photos I'll be attaching below and the bottom line is - since I am and have been a collector for quite a long time, and had my scam-red-flag-raising moments I know how a collector feels when realizes that he is either being or just had been screwed over with a guy he'll never have a chance to get any money back from and as someone here said police isn't gonna do sh..t about it.
However, since I am here - in Poland I might actually help any collector as far as interacting with the Police is needed. So wherever you need I might help you or assist with - drop me a line and I'll see what can I do about it.
