Luftwaffe gravity knife: help needed

Hi everyone:
A friend of mine owns this gravity knike. According to his info, he bought it several years ago, but he doesn't know for sure if it's the real thing. As I'm not an expert (not even an amateur...), I'd like to know your opinions...
To say the truth, I'm afraid it's a fake.

It's the real deal. This knife has seen a lot of service as seen by the overall condition.

Oscar looks a genuine enough gravity knife to me seen some service but not a beater ..........regards scott.
