I had one like this and it is an early WKC maker mark from about 1933/34.

I have never seen that mark before, the dagger came from an old Polish soldier who apparently killed the owner

This dagger is probably from a man with a long state of service and replaced the old pommel in 1938 by the regulated new nazi modell pommel.
