SS Jacobs Dagger Serial Number 111219

Anyone have any info on a Jacobs SS Dagger with the serial number 111219? Its marked on the front and bottom of crossguard as well as the blade.

No pictures on file as it belongs to a friend of mine. However, if need be I can aquire them.
