Its a post war knife, it says germany on the blade

That isnt an official marking, nor it is the 1746 that it's there.

Could you post another photo of the diamond? If it is a repro, it is a very good repro.

I cant tell about the scabbard, maybe the other guys could help there.

I agree with the other comments, this is a postwar piece, possibly using some original parts. Sometimes scabbards with these pieces have 'Germany' stamped just above the obverse rivet, and 'Made in Germany' stamped on the reverse of the leather hanger.
