Unit Marked 1st Pattern Luftwaffe

I have been offered this early 1st Luftwaffe. It looks in reasonbly good condition, and is unit marked.
can anyone give their opinions on is, and who the unit is? Also what would a fair offer price be on this.
Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated.

I've just been told the grip appears to be painted wood, rather than covered in leather.
Is this post war done? Seems strange as the wire is still intact. Has anyone seen 1st lufts with painted grips?
