Another SA Please

Well I passed on the last SA because of the lower fitting problem. I am still looking for that first SA. The seller has this ground Rohm also. What are opinions about it. It looks a little ruff at top and bottom of handle. I wonder if it was put back together wrong. Thanks for any help. Robert
