It's looks like a nice honest dagger, i think i see a repair to the grip above the bottom crossguard, but that isn't a problem if the price is right.
Seiler means that the dagger has been put in the scabbard the wrong way round. Remove the dagger, turn the scabbard over & put the dagger back in.
Made me look at mine when i read it, but it's in the right way!

Nice looking dagger! You need to remove the scabbard from the hanger and flip it over, so the scabbard ring is on the right hand side.

Je peut ecriver des Francais, alors je te donner une petite traduction. Toute le monde ici sont d'accord que ta dague est gentil et tres originale. Une autre chose que toute le monde dit est que tu as besoin de mettre la dague dans le fourreau dans l'autre directioin. Mais, le dague lui-meme is bien est beaux, definitement!
