and the makers mark is AUG.MERTEN Ww
solingen gr.

it has a M with two oak leaves
any info?

According to Tom Wittmann, Aug. Merten Ww. Solingen-Gr. has a rarity of RF-3 which is termed "scarce".

RF-3 translates to roughly 10-14 examples of this maker for every 1000 SA daggers.

RF-4 is "rare" with 5-9 units per 1000

RF-5 is "very rare" at 1-4 units per 1000.
