DRK Officer dagger question

Hi all dagger collector. Is someone can tell me value of this type of dagger please. I precise that dagger is in excellent condition, with no rust, shine blade, no crak on the grip. No pictures available for the moment. It is model with square attach on scarbbard. No hanger.
If I wish sell this dagger in futur, does exist problem (with customs duty) for send it overseas? (US, england per example)
