Nice snag! That's IMO well under market price for one of these.

IMO: Your best bet is to look at a few of the major dealers sites and see what they're asking. Discount your price to about 75% of theirs and this should put you into a saleable range. Good luck.

What 775 $ !!! -That is a great deal for you. This is a Leader dagger and not a subordinate dagger. This dagger's prices are going up.
I am glad to see more pic's.

75% of dealer price is fair, make sure you compare to the 2nd model officer and not 1st model. One thing to keep in mind with prices. you will note RLB's on dealer sites are slow movers (like Postschutz). So, it's not like pricing against an SS dagger.

Many folks think the art deco look of these is the ugliest of the 3rd Reich daggers.

Of course price sounds good That's cheap for an enlisted one even.

Thanks for all the feedback and pm's.After looking at some of the dealer sites i did make a sweet deal for 775.Looks like it should be worth about $1500.What do you all think? Thanks again to everyone.

Sounds O.K. by me. Is there a Maker mark? If so, who is it?
If it's not maker marked, it doesn't mean that it is not original. Many are not marked...however anyone looking for one wants one on there.

There is no maker mark;but the blade still has alot of crossgraing with no dark spots, rust, etc.Just some in and out marks. Its a beautiful dagger. Will hang on to it until there is a Tunic I just have to have.
                          Merry Christmas to everyone!!!!
