    Transitional E.F. Horster HJ

I was recently asking Paul Hogle about my one and only HJ... "Transitional period" HJ with RZM only, no MM, and with motto. I thought I would share it with you as well...

Very nice! a recent aquistion or something youve had for a while? Ive just aquired a Voos with motto and rzm but no maker mark, although wont be here for a week or so with some research with the sellers help (fellow Waf member) aswell its believed these variations are very hard to find! only seen in a few makers and werent produced for long, likely for a period of just a few months tops!

Fantastic, what did Paul say about it, has he seen many if any in that variation?

Thank you very much guys! Paul simply stated "some makers didn't do the transitional thing."

EvilMike-I've had this baby for about a year. I bought it in a group purchase from an estate sale and READY FOR THIS..I paid about $80.00USD for this HJ.

                Muchisimas Gracias, Santiago! Muy amable!

Yeah, I just love the condition. That, in combination with the lack of MM, had me contact Paul though.
