opinions on ss dagger please!M7/37 1051/39 SS

hi,im a new collector in ss daggers(stoped collecting daggers 15 years ago after buying my first ss dagger which was a fake) and have decided to buy 2 daggers on layaway from a very reputable dealer so i dont make a mistake.but this aside im looking at a third ss dagger that im thinking of buying on an online auktion..and yes thats suspicious but after dong alot of research it is the same dagger that was listed by a member on DG 2 years ago and just pos comments were made?the owner back then lived in GB and the seller now is also in GB(supposidly bought it 15months ago from a dealer in GB..)the pics are not 2 great but here they are.and here is a link to the page were i found it was shown by the previous owner.

2 things that do stand out at me are the front of the tip of the scabourd does not look right to me and the middle of the blade is very raised as i read this somewhere not a good sign?the handle looks good in my opinion but would love to hear from some experts..thanks

I would need a closer "macro" shot of the Makers Logo, Head on, before I state an opinion.

That's a Klaas double marked. It looks alright, but that is not one I have encountered enough to say for sure.

The scabbard on the other hand does not look right. The scabbard hanger ring and where it is attached looks off. Could be repaired, hard to tell but it's not right. The screw beside it looks off too.

The crossguard fit is not there, but can't say for sure as the dagger is reversed in the scabbard. Is it repainted? Can't tell.

reness, I would venture to say with 95% probability that the blade is a fake. In addition to what rightfully Colorado points out, these "current generation" of blade repro's can be told by the "wedge" accents". And a few other minor details that I don't care to get into on a public forum. On these "Czech" repro blades you will/ or should find the mottos further down the blade than on accepted originals.

HI EVERYONE,THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO SHARE YOUR OPINION...ALTHOUGH THE DAGGER LOOKS GOOD IM COMMING TO THE CONCLUSION THAT ITS ONE OF THOSE EARLY ATWOOD FAKES AS THERE ARE TOO MANY RED FLAGS.wags and colorado, thanks for your opinion it is greatly appriciated...i guess the old saying if its too good to be true then it probably is....its just supprising that nobody on the GD forum picked up on this dagger when it was posted a few years ago..just goes to show that this web site and its members are Excellent !!!thanks

                          Your welcome reness.
I was 95% convinced that the blade was post-war. The only part I would have need to see is the the full frontal Motto as it sits on the "Blade Field". Is it further toward the tip? Would like to see it for my own curiosity if possible.
                          Regards,
