    1934 Bayo grip question

Hi, I got this 1934 matching s177k bayo and upon cleaning, I noticed under the grips they have the eagle over swastika, wouldn't the eagle be a weimar? Have the grips been replaced...any help would be appreciated...I will mention although it has the drooped eagles on
the pommel it has a straight winged eagle on the stud button, don't know if that is significant or not.

    Hello,
according to my little knowledge concerning S 84/98 bayonets, grips of a 1934 weapon should be made of wood and the stud maybe replaced as it bears a later waffenamt (period or postwar replacement for grips and stud)

Hello , very nice matching Pack ,Solingen 1934 bayonet stamped under S/177K, probably reworked in war period, the grips are WaA883 stamped? it could be replaced in 1941/42 period or later. What for proofs are on pommel? Eagle/??
      Thanks for details.best regards,Andy

Thanks for details, it looks like Eagle/68 stamp, the push button was probably replaced in time of the rework, best regards,Andy
