All SA dagger blades ( pre RZM or otherwise) should measure exactly 220 mm from hilt to tip.

You are most certainly welcome my friend.
That 220 mm should be measured at the center of the blade along the ridge.
Precious few of those early anodized scabbards fared very well over time.
RenWax may help it to avoid further decline, it might be good for your blade as well.
When looking at an SA take note of how well the hilt components are fit together, grip to crossguards, crossguard to scabbard throat, matching contours and so on.
This piece is well fitted.
That's a very handsome hilt.
