Oleg,

This is a post war fantasy piece that combines Imperial era as well as Third Reich era styles with a fanatsy etched blade. A few companies such as Eickhorn, Horster and possibly some others made these types of daggers for the commercial market or for 'collectors' in the 1960's and a bit later.
