hi guys new to dagger collecting and have bought recently a sa and a army dagger from g spitzer,,,did the firm also make luft 1 and 2 model and navy also ss daggers/ thanks

This company has not produced navy daggers ,or better said it's not known .Perhaps a member here knows more . The others yes !

They also made the second model Luftw. But it is extremely rare! Hard to find I guess. A few months ago there was a Belgian collector who has found such a dagger and it was for sale. I don't know if it's still available.

Army dagger

Gustav Spitzer did make a number of 2nd Lufts. They can only be classified as scarce from what I've seen having owned a number and seen quite a few more. Not rare though.....

You might try Craig Gottlieb. He bought a huge collection of 2nd Luft's from someone who collected by maker. I did a display cabinet for him before he sold the collection and I'm 99.9% sure he had at least one Gustav Spitzer. That has been a year or so ago, and Gottlieb may have sold it. Wouldn't hurt to check, though...
