Looks fine by me. Am I right that there is some kind of die flaw in the backside of the crossguard (the brim)?

The dagger looks okay to me as well. The "flaw" on bottom rim of the reverse crossguard appears to be lifting of the plating. My guess is that the photos make it look worse than it is.
