SS dagger, need opinions!

Hello guys!

I need opions about this SS dagger, I know it has some issues that I can see.....strange crossguards, repainted scabbard. Just wonder what you think of the blade and the rest of the dagger.

This dagger just has too many red flags for me to be comfortable with it.

While it could be the flash, the area in the bottom of the etch doesn't look correct.

None of my reference blades use different fonts for the "h"'s in Ehre and Heisst.

All in all, just several small things that add up to enough for me to pass it by.

Hi Hacht,

I am no professional on these, but when comparing to the three that I have, I also have problems:

1. I agree with Larry on the "h" (see picture)
2. The RZM mark is different than on mine (see picture). I have posted two pictures - one with SS after RZM number and one with SS within circles. The one with SS after RZM number has the same RZM stamp as yours but the SS is after the RZM number. I don't know enough about marks but on both of mine with this style the bottom circle is closed, the other one is open.
3. The eagle doesn't look right (I have posted picture).
