Unknown Dagger Help

Can anybody help me to identify this dagger.

A friend has sent me the picture and I do not know its origin.

Any help with Country , date of issue etc much appreciated.

I can only say that the word "Piloto" is the spanish word for "Pilot"
But it could be in another language too, i dont know
