2nd Pattern Luft Unmarked Help Please

I have this 2nd pattern Luft, which is unmarked. The swastika is gold. On the tang there is a plus sign. I hope I have taken enough pictures for someone to identify the maker. If more photos are needed please tell me which one. Thanks a lot for your help. Jim
