Need help identifying swords

I picked these up from a few years ago, and was told that they are imperial Russian. I need help confirming this?

I don't know the swords, but the markings look similar to the Dari markings on British bayonets I have found here in Afghanistan. Hope this gives you a lead.

The markings are Arabic numerals - e.g. pic 2 is the number 19707. Cheers,
