Original RAD dagger?

Hi,
I don't collect daggers so I don't have any knowledge on them. This one belongs to a friend... IMO it appears very sloppy made... Is this a fake one?

An Alcoso fake. Lack of detail to the scabbard, blade not correct...

Yes , that dagger looks as a fake .Are the grip plates in plastic ?-or they are stag horn ?

Even a newbie like myself can see that the maker mark is done very sloppily.
