The ferrel is for a 2nd luft not an army dagger. This is occasionally encountered on original examples... I suspect though that this one has been apart before. Normally the grip darkens to the obverse before the reverse, this one is opposite.
I do not recognize the crossguard caster. The eye has that "deer in the headlights" look Maybe Denny can help...
              Generic Scabbard
The whole thing looks to be heavily lacquered with matching patina.

                Thanks,
I want to put this dagger on e-stand, what would be a fair price for it ?

Looks to be an original, albeit with the mismatched ferrule that "eagle-eye" Lake pointed out.

Regrettably, it alosappears to have been subjected to a very thorough cleaning at some point in the not-too-distant past.

As such, if you want to price it to sell on the E-stand, I would start off at about $375.00 - $400.00, noting the mismatched ferrule, and see what happens.

                  Best,

Actually I couldn't find a maker for this crossguard. It's a mystery to me.
