Recently one my friend saw a photo of Thai K 98 bayonet, with holders and frog here. Give me a link for this topic, PLEASE!I cant find it myself, i desperately need it!

Thai Bayonet

Vsyakoe, The THAI bayonet is for the Siamese Type 46 rifle in cal. 8X52R.. The rifle was manufactured in Japan by the TOKYO Arsenal and sold to Siam in 1903...The frog on the one pictured has nothing to do with the pictured bayonet and does not belong with this bayonet, it has no association with a 98k at all.. If you need picts. of the rifle and a couple of bayonet vairations.. I will pull them out of the collection and will be glad to make pictures of them for you...The bayonet is known as the SIAMESE Model 1896..I hope this helps some.. BILL

Yeah, if it is not too hard for you, Bill, pls make a photo of the rifle, to whom this bayonet belongs.Hm...Visually this bayonet looks like a one for some modification of M 98k, Im was assured that Japs made those bayonets by the same drawings for M98k bayonet...

I have bought a couple of such bayonets near Pattaya, Thailand.
