ww2 fighting knife?

I`m being offerd to buy this one,
but i don`t know much about fighting knifes..
I`m thinking this is a ww1 model or?
What is it???

iHi Robban, it is a WW1 pattern knife. These are now reproduced in India. Better pics are needed to be sure.

Hi Robban, I am not quite sure what is going on with this knife?

I do not know what is all that stuff between the grip and the crossguard and also the bits of cloth stuck on the underside of the crossguard too? I don't like the SS runes carved into the grip either, which can be seen sideways on in the photo.

I would pass on this knife if I were you.
