Searching round one of my favourite sites, and saw this, the cheapest I've seen for ages. Love one myself but us aussies aren't allowed to import without permit

Three things hurt this dagger and it is overpriced.

First it's a plain blade. Although less common than the etched blades, it is less popular.

Second, this one like most KM daggers, has a beat up scabbard and is missing the factory gilt. Both really affect value.

Lastly, it has no maker.

To find a maker marked, etched KM with no problems is more difficult than finding a nice SA, Heer, SS, Luft dagger. Figure almost double than this for a near mint, etched Eickhorn with a hammered (not lightning bolt like this one) scabbard.

Fair points Jeff,

Unarguable by a guy who knows nothing on daggers. Except on one thing ...

this one like most KM daggers

well most KM daggers are > €425 !!

However, putting aside all the technical stuff, I myself haven't seen any KM daggers for that price in that condition for sale today, or in fact the past 2 years that weren't reproduction.
