    Bayo help

    Hallo Gents

I have never used this part of the forum before.

Could I kindly ask for your help with some info about this bayo:

    Which country used it?

    Which weapon will it fit?

What is a fair price on the e-stand?

While I'm not a real bayonet guy, if there are any marks, numbers, or other identifying features, that would go a long way to hepling someone identify your piece.

Not really in my area either, but it seems to be an Austrian M1895 which was also manufactured later by the Czechs who also had ex-Austrian examples. As Larry indicates it’s oftentimes the markings which will determine where it’s actually from, although with some types of bayonets the dimensions have to be factored in as well, but probably not this one.
