SA Dagger - if it's real?

    Hi
Don't know if it's real SA dagger by Gebr.Heller.
Hope you can help me out on this one.

Let me know if you need more photos.
    Thanks

Looks like a real SA dagger to me with the third type of makers mark for that firm. The cross guard is on backwards, but that is no big deal.

    Does it have a scabbard?

Thank you. So there are many different daggers that is done.
I have seen photos that have different markings and so on.
                How to know all this?

I have a little concerns about the blade , may be the photos . Is it possible to show the tang ?
How is the fit throat to lower crossguard ? Are the scabbard fittings the same cast metal ?

Joining this forum is a good start. I would also invest in some reference books by some of the well known authors in what ever area of collecting intrests you. Asking lots of questions is wise too.

I dont know as much about daggers as I would like, but I am learning with help from my friends here.
