    Help, I Screwed Up

    Got a rare dove head that someone had sprayed with laquer and was using acetone to clean it off, had taped up the grip but some must have gotten under it and damaged the grip somewhat, any way to repair it?

    Bad news.
    The acetone will have melted the grip.
    Without the possibility of causing more damage, I can't think of what to do.
