Sword Portepee - What Branch of Service?

Here's an interesting one: Sword portepee with a hot pink center on the ball. Anyone have any idea what organization it would belong to?

Hard to tell but I would think Fire department. What colors are the strap treads?

That's an officer grade Feuerwehr sword or bayo knot. The bulb was originally silver bullion but it's tarnished, the threads in the strap have patinaed from silver to gilt. These are not seen that often.
