SS dagger no maker mark help

May I get opinions on this SS dagger with no maker. The sheath is not the greatest but my concern is the dagger itself. On a none maker mark would there be the "I" in roman numeral as seen??? look a 1936 dagger in a 1933 scabbard! but for my opinion the dagger and scabbard are originals!

Could it be a ground Rohm SS? Not sure the reverse blade is grounded . If not, M36 blade, part dagger. Pls wait for more comments from experienced collectors.

I agree with Patrick.
Although confusing to many collectors, these unmarked 36 blades in a 33 dagger did come like this. Can't say if the later plated scabbard was issued with it, as the one I had a nickel scabbard.
In any case, IMO, it's not a ground Rohm.
