      Here’s a comparison of the logos. The Röhm honor dagger had a smaller logo, which was moved closer to the cross guard.

        Nice daggers, also I like how the etching is a nice black color it really makes the dagger.

            A fine artifact, even though the cutlery firm of Gebrüder Heller of the Thüringen town of Schmalkalden is rated as #3 on the McSARR list. IMO the interesting thing about this piece -- in addition to its fine condition and the fact that it was originally presented as a Röhm Honor Dagger -- is that it bears the mark "Mi" on the reverse lower crossguard, which indicates that this piece was part of the original dagger order placed for NSKK-Gruppe Mitte.

              One looker!! These “Lazy Man’s” ground Röhm’s sure do have character. They sure do tell the story. Thanks for sharing.
