I picked this up today at a flea market. Any info and a value?

Thanks for any help. I ran across this dress bayonet today. Scabord has a ding, and a broken piece off the one side of the grip. Blade looks unsharpened and in good condition. I hope I did not over pay. I was looking at it and some guy came up as I was going to negotiate and said if I did not take it he would. Had to make a fish or cut decision.

I pretty much collect just dress bayonets. For one in this shape from a known maker, especially due to the grip damage, I would personally pay no more than 50 USD, but I may be a bit picky. It's not for everyone, but if you like it that's really all that matters.
