Weyersberg Max Waffenfabrik has a ink trademark on blade, and on these knife blade looks cleaned.

We encounter early and late HJ-knifes without maker mark now and then. Why this is, is not (yet) explained...

Waffenfabrik Max Weyersberg (WMW) indeed used ink RZM-marks on their HJ-knifes, which easily wear off.
However this was done from 1936-1937 onward (until 1942). Early, no ricasso HJ-knifes by Max Weyersberg do wear a classic, stamped mark.

        Best regards,

        Victorman
