Help with unknown knot or portepee

Hello,

i studied the literature, but cant find this portepee. I got this peace with a WW2 K98 Bayonet. Never see one like this with this black strings.

Color scheme makes me think Bergbau. Looks like it could be gilt, grey, tarnished silver, is it bleached out?

This was my first thougt too, but i have never seen one like that. The black strings just makes me wondering about that. Maybe some more pictures. Maybe it will help. Bleached out? I really can´t say, but i doubt it.

My best shot ist for bergbau parade sabre, but there are no peaces to compare with.
