SS chained dagger proof mark

New to this area of collecting. This chained SS dagger has no proof mark. Did they make any without proof marks or is that a death sentence?

There are a few known examples which are sans the culture proof stamp produced during the 3rd Reich period. But the one that you show was made in Russia. So it wouldn't matter if it had the Kulturzeichen or not.
