Bottom crossguard is back to front. Apart from that looks like a nice dagger with an added Portepee as a bonus.

Looks original but messed about with. As mentioned already, the lower guard is back to front. So it has been disassembled and re-assembled by someone who doesn't know what they were doing. Never a good sign...

Original dagger. No problem flipping the crossguard around, but you need a proper wrench to remove the tang nut. Available at Lakeside Trader.

I agree with the comments here, particularly with Serge M. This piece is in very good condition, so be VERY careful when turning 'round the lower crossguard...and after you do that, NEVER loosen the nut again!
