SS Dolch 807/36

Hi all,

Been offered this dagger but I know these 807/36 daggers are heavily reproduced. All the fittings are plated, the handle has a few chips and the wear and tear looks like a good sign of authenticity. Thanks everyone

Trademark is too far down the blade. Is this one.

So it’s 100% post war made then Ron? The guy selling it is convinced it’s legit...

I'm just showing you what is accepted and what is not. Not only on this maker mark, but several other SS M33 RZM daggers. Eagle placement is very important on political style daggers and repros are often to high on the grip

Another factor is the blade on these 807/36 fakes are often dull in finish on the higher trademark type, not bright as the lower marked ones.
