When remmember correctly, this could a variation of norwegian museum organisation that spend to members with chain items on S84/98 bayonet for hanging on wall and used as a tool. Question is the bayonet used in Norwegia? is visible the flashguard is there missing? new blueing on blade? i remember variation with better condition of chain parts, not as here twisted wire.

Chain is not german 2ww, but norvégian post war ??

Yes the chain is mostly norwegian postwar for museum organisation sponsors, mostly serialed.
