There are 2 different scabbards shown in the pics. One from an nco sword and one from and officers sword?

Just noticed it myself, these photos were sent to me by a collector friend of mine.
Looking through my files the same photos were sent to me some time ago by a different person. They were given the thumbs down the first time,

It's kinda unusual for a Police sword to be unmarked but I don't really see anything bad about it. The scabbard looks repainted to me but better pictures are needed to be sure.Comment
