    My First Hunting dagger

    Hi all,

It just arrived late last night from South of the border. My friend drove all the way from New-Jersey and brought it home to me. It has now a new home in the Great White North.
It is an extremely rare "Hirschfeanger" and one of the rarest of all Third Reich daggers.
    The crafmanship is incredible.
I'm very happy to share with you, pics of my new "baby".

Pat, be careful! You are on the slippery slope and could wind up just like BAZ69!

One of the best and most under appreciated of the 3rd reich era edged weapons. Nice score Pat.

Look at that Stag! They just don't get much better than that. Hey, I live south of the border, don't guess your friend left any more down here?

                    Hi Pat,
Your DJ faenger is one of the most beautiful I have seen recently. The short Eickhorns are very very rare and desireable.

The detail on the pomel cap is amazing. Congrats
