May I ask your opinions on this mini sword, first one I've had, and I know next to nothing about it...
Why were they made? It's original? Who owned them? Rare? and of course...value?

I sold a full-size one of these 2 years ago for about $700...
so that makes this one 'inch for inch' worth about $5?

Miniatures were made and sold or given out as souvenirs, letter openers and/or advertising pieces for - oddly enough - things like carpet and other goods. Occasionally you see the Luftwafe daggers and swords mounted on propellers as desk ornaments. (Larry has a couple of killers, BTW!)

The one pictured appears to be original and - as previously stated - they are considerably rarer than their full-sized counterparts. The price range mentioned in the previous posts is realistic.
