Help with identification of sword knot

Good morning:

I recently picked up a sword knot with a number of US pieces. I'm not a TR collector and I'm hoping that someone can help me identify it.

In doing some online research, I received conflicting information. A couple of sites have it identified as a Forestry Official sword knot and a couple of sites have it listed and an NCO sword knot.

If anyone could please help me out by telling me exactly what I have, I would be most appreciative.

Looks like an Army NCO bayo knot to me.

I believe its a dress NCO trodell for bayonet, woried mostly on KS98.
